Hi Buff~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sad to hear that your vet would discourage you to try a natural homeopathic product. Homeopathy works for some but not all. We have been able to help a lot of pets that would have been euthanized because they failed to respond to conventional medicine. Having all tools available can give the best outcome. We are very thankful for homeopathy. If it didn't work it would not still be around after two hundred years. We hope your vet will reconsider. We wish you and your pet good health. Hi John~ We are sorry to hear that your dog, Abby, has diarrhea. When giving natural homeopathic medicine, the only side effect may be loose stool, due to the body going through a detoxification. Which sounds like your dog is experiencing. For pets that experience diarrhea/loose stools, our vet suggests giving your pet only one or two drops starting out and then adding one or two drops each day after until you reach the full dosage amount. Gradually doing this, will help a pet's body rebalance and detox slowly. Do not be discouraged if your dog experiences these symptoms, for they are a sign that the body is beginning to heal. Some pets never experience the loose stools either, while others may have it for a few days, but then it clears up. Probiotics are very beneficial to help balance the bacteria in the gut. All international customers have 3 mailing options to choose from: * The saver mailing option for US $14.95 offers no international tracking and the estimated shipping time can take up to 5 weeks. * The standard mailing option for US $21.95 offers no international tracking and the estimated shipping time is between 3 and 4 weeks. * The shipping option with international tracking is $29.95 and the shipping time usually takes between 2-3 weeks. You chose the Standard Mailing Option which is a 3 to 4 week delivery date with NO tracking. According to our records, it has only been 2 weeks since the package was shipped.
