You cannot beat the type of service received from Veryapt. Not only is there website far more reliable and effective compared to competitors like Zillow, the customer service is amazing. You'll get your own realtor who will then book all of your showings. The best part, it's free to you! Absolutely brilliant business model. Great job guys.

My experience with VeryApt was excellent. The process of finding a place in a big city like philly isnt always easy but they helped us every step of the way. Eventually I found the right place for me and received guidance with each step in securing the apartment. I highly recommend VeryApt because of their knowledge of the area and great customer service!

10/10 really honestly. I worked with Rebecca Bartleson from veryapt, and let me say it was an extremely positive experience. I had complete trust in her and I knew that there was really no other platform I needed to try to find the best apartment I could in Philly. I told her what I was looking for, and she suggested exactly what I wanted. I was a little skeptical at first and did my own apartment searching too and ended up coming down to exactly the same apartments that rebecca recommended to me (so I could have just saved all that time, really). I actually forgot about apartment hunting for a month and then rebecca really stayed on top of things and reminded me, and we settled an apartment immediately- On top of this she even bartered down my monthly cost by $50 (she reasoned that since I am starting my PhD at Penn, if I liked the place I would potentially be a long-term resident), so that saved me so much money. She explained all the steps precisely and logically and I had full understanding of the whole process (it was very transparent too). I was very confident with this leasing as I had full trust in rebecca, and prior to this she even showed me a few places in person and offered to video-record future showings for me in case I couldn't make it since I am currently in Boston. Overall, VeryApt is an extremely competent platform, and Rebecca is really a gem that highlights what the company tries to achieve.

Andris quickly understood exactly what I was looking for in a home and was a pleasure to spend the day with getting to know the area. With Andris I found an apartment far more quickly than I ever could have imagined. A wonderful service.

I found VeryApt service to be friendly, efficient & lowkey. I appreciate the help I got from Julia & Beth, and would not hesitate recommending you.

Veryapt are pretty much available to answer and assist with any needs along the way and it's great that you have a dedicated person to assist you. The video tours were extremely helpful and my guide was effective and patient in order for me to see and ask everything I needed to. I highly recommend.

The reps were very helpful and quick to follow up. The only problem was an issue with scheduling but overall I recommend the service.

Helpful, easy-to-use service with a very large selection of apartments. The human contact - Andris - was instrumental in successfully finding a good apartment for me and taking care of the details.
