I cannot thank Hadieh enough for all the help she gave me when I was looking to move for work from Ireland to Chicago. Hadieh sent me on loads of information via email and also on a last minute trip where I had only one day in Chicago Hadieh filled my day with really good viewings. Unfortunately my relocation to Chicago fell through but I cannot give enough praise to Hadieh who was a pleasure to meet and went out of her way to help. Thank you.

I have a ton of experience with all types of real estate agents and have learned that the majority of them do not have your best interests at heart. All they care about is the commission. This was not the case with Veryapt. I enquired about a few properties and received a prompt reply from a terrific person named Jana. After explaining my needs, she began right away setting up viewings for me because time was a huge factor. Within less than 48 hours of our introduction, she sent me over 20 great possibilities. She then proceeded to set up about 10 showings one after another so that I was able to make a speedy decision. She personally negotiated everything for me with the leasing agent and also went above and beyond trying hard to get me as many concessions as possible. The best part about this is that she did NOT make a penny on commission. She's on salary which means she is not biased to what ever the clients needs are. I would strongly recommend Jana to any and everyone that needs a rental concierge instead of a typical real estate agent. There's truly no comparison. Hadieh Tazangi is amazing! I started searching for the apartments 2 months in advance. I found 10 and Hadieh checked the availability and found another 10 for me. At the end I picked 7 and she set up a daily tour for me as I had 1 day only. We met at the 1 location and she drove me around. I was lucky to find the condo for rent the same day. She was in contact with the realtor and negotiated a great deal for me. 1 month later she met with me at my new place to pick up the keys with me and to check if everything is in a good order! Amazing service!
