VeryApt is such a God sent solution for any apartment hunter who seeks a consolidated one stop shop. Communication leading up to my actual visits was flawless and easy. I was able to visit all my top 5 buildings in one day, guided by a VeryApt employee who asked all the right questions and helped me navigate the tours and evaluation of what will best fit my needs. I was able to decide on an apartment I LOVED immediately following our tour. I highly recommend VeryApt - friendly, efficient, and successful from my experience!

I have used VeryApt's website for searching for apartments ever since I first moved to Philadelphia 3 years ago, but I recently used their concierge service for the first time and I have only positive things to say! I worked with Julia who was so incredible from the beginning - from providing apartment suggestions based on my budget and interests, to setting up the appointments to view apartments, to even going with me to the appointments! I would definitely recommend this to anyone - it's invaluable to have someone help with apartment research and appointment scheduling since moving can be such a stressful process.

Would 100% use VeryApt again. Our real estate agent was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough in helping us find our new apartment. We only had one day in the city to visit our options, and he lined up several showings in advance — so all we had to do was meet him at the first place. We found our new home that day and couldn’t be more pleased with our VeryApt experience!

Hadieh was exceptional. She took time to thoroughly put herself in my shoes, advocate for us with apartment leasing agents, and make time to accommodate our schedule for remote viewings on the weekends via phone. I never felt pressured to make an impulse decision because Hadieh was my advocate - interested in finding the right fit at the right price in the right location. I so appreciate her assistance in this process!

VeryApt was exactly what we needed since we were unfamiliar with Philadelphia. Rebecca helped us create a list of apartments we wanted to tour, offering tips and suggestions along the way. She then scheduled a full day of apartment hunting for us, and her colleague Marquis accompanied us on the tour. The day went smoothly, and we ultimately found an incredible apartment! Their help was invaluable!! Thank you VeryApt!

Incredibly helpful, made the apartment search so much easier- and all for free! I couldn’t believe it! We found the perfect apartment for us and couldn’t be happier

Kristina was great! She helped me through each step of my apartment search. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Searching for that special apartment can be daunting and time-consuming. It's doubly stressful when the move is out of state, downsizing from a house to an apartment, and with the intention of returning to school. The team at VeryApt reached out and asked the perfect questions for helping to narrow the scope of my search. A professional and responsive staff that listens while offering the right amount of touch points so you feel heard, supported, and valued. A wonderful experience that helped immensely. Thank you VeryApt.
