I bought 7 grams of Blueberry Runtz. Everybody, including google, was telling me to have 115% doubt in a $20 quarter 0. Life has shown me that dead cheap doesn't necessarily mean bad and Vertex Exotics is not seen as bad, especially on trust pilot This cannabis had almost every red flag. The outer smell was more of a grassy medicine like smell. There was no smell on the inside. The color variation didn't look realistic (I've had Van Gough buds and Sharpie $h*t. Color doesn't tell quality but a dark rocklike lookin bud can be good, but it has no business being technicolor). The buds were extremely hard and oily. The HTML work is nice on their website and the prices are almost unbeatable, but no, I gotta, wipe these guys off the list.

Communication is nonexistent. Asked for tracking # through all different avenues, nothing. They have had my order over a week.

The product wasn't described as high thc, and was not. I've been waiting for a response.In regards to getting a refund.

They didn't ship my order I tried contacting them and they just respond that they did. They send me a tracking number that when I click on says USPS awaiting item.
