The carts i received had a weird metallic taste, and tasted nothing like what was in the descriptions. Customer service didnt help with the situation, they wanted me to send the carts back and I wasnt gonna get a replacement or a refund . Really bad business ethics. Will never shop or recommend to anyone else. And definitely will post about this on reddit.

Horrible customer service but even worst was the GARBAGE LEVEL OF QUALITY .. TOTALLY WORTHLESS UNSMOKEABLE , BROWN MOLDY NASTY THCA. BUYER BEWARE!

I was lied to 2 times about there sales. The cheap vape pens didn’t even work. I couldn’t even get a hit from them. The Blue Dream flower looked like something a beginner would have grown in his back yard. The flower I received was a no buzz. I don’t know which one is worse Vertex, ZaZa, or Kind they are probably all the same company. They only difference is vertex never replies back about there bad stuff and ZAZA does reply but tells you it’s in there review status lol. I would highly recommend staying away from these

Don’t know why I got this I didn’t get my orders and some are a week late and ones 8-9 days late and I contacted you guys but nobody cared 😂
