Im known for writing great reviews for everyone... well I'm telling you now. Do not do the subscription box for 50. I done it one time. Got the trashy product and I do mean trashy. A month later they took another 50 from me and sent the box again. The website shows I have no active subscription. They even agreed i dont have one. Now they arent emailing me back at all anymore.. if you use your card they will somewhat rob you while sending you the crappy product. If vertex sees this, give me my money back!! Please yall, just go to highhippy

Scam. Watch out, they're sending thca buds that are black. Sending anything because of the federal law change coming soon. Never sent my free 1/8th, never sent the current promotion of "free samples with every order." They're desperate.

I ordered the 2oz/56grams Blueberry Muffin. The order was in my hand the very next day, which I absolutely love. However, when we opened it, we noticed it had a fabric softener/soapy, smell. After lighting it, it taste like soap. I reached out to the customer service only to be told. Someone would get back to me. I resent my request after no 1 contacted me after 3 days and got the same thing and still haven't heard from anybody. Love the fact that it ships so quickly just not happy with the fact that I can't even smoke this stuff and essentially wasted my money. No communication from customer service.

My second time ordering from here my package was missing items and the product that I actually did receive looked nothing like what they were advertising it as. I've tried to reach out the support about three times and they are just ignoring me.

Buyer beware Ordered 56 grams of Blue dream. I received 28 grams of product that smelled moldy. After speaking to customer service on the day of delivery. Despite contact,after 7 days it was never resolved and I have received no response nor contact when I have emailed them about it. I will spend money elsewhere

ive been buying from this site for a while now, never had any issues at all, fastest shipping EVER, and great prices, until the other day when i recieved a ounce of some lower quality THCa. it was full of bud rot aka mold. this can seriously make you sick if consumed, i have reached out multiple times since ive found the mold and ive yet to get a response. i had no intention of publically stating they shipped me moldy weed until after i realized i would not be getting a replacement or let alone a response from their team
