The company is a scam. It gives you a price then changes the price. I called many times to cancel my order but they refuse!

This service quoted $400 to move my car from S. Ft Myers to Pensacola. After much back and forth, I was told the driver makes the final price decision. I was mislead with the $400 fee - at the end I paid $960. More than double the quoted $400. My advice - run from the company!

The people were friendly and I did receive a refund for the down payment but the service itself was not great. The pick-up was missed twice due to the driver’s truck not working. When a driver was located, the price increased from the initial quote and the delivery time was extended. So, I kindly requested a refund which they did return.

Vertex Carship misled me into believing they would transport my car from Illinois to Washington State for $600. It was not until the day of the transport when they said the truck they had wanted $2000 instead of the $600! When I protested, they informed me they were a car transport broker, not the actual shipper. Even though I had asked them at the very beginning if they were a transport service and they said yes! In addition, I was unable to secure another service because Vertex told me I needed to pay a $200 cancellation fee. As a result of this, my car is currently sitting in a storage facility while I am deciding what the next step is.And I am currently at my new location with no means of transportation except Lyft. I should mention that in the entire time I was in contact with this company, not once did I speak to an actual company representative. Instead I could tell by the accent that I was speaking to a third party call center most likely located somewhere in India! I am currently in a situation trying to decide how I can get my car up to my new location, even if it means going back and driving it up myself! I can say with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever that my experience with Vertex Carship was positively unsatisfactory! I would not recommend them or their services to anyone! In fact my experience has me questioning the entire car transport industry as far as honesty and looking out for the customer goes! All I can say is based on my own experience.Is that I should have done my homework more thoroughly than I did! I would suggest to anyone out there who is even seriously thinking of using a car transport service to transfer their vehicle to think twice about the matter. And then make sure that if you do make a decision that you look, that company up left and right back and forwards before you consider any next step. For now, avoid Vertex Carship! Avoid them like you would avoid the plague! They have 0 honesty and 0 integrity! The only way they could satisfy me at this point is by sticking to the original price of $600. I already paid them a $150 booking fee. I did put in a request for a refund, but they have never responded back.

If I could give them a zero I would. I scheduled my vehicle for pickup and they said no problem. They sent me an estimate that was not guaranteed but assured me it would not be crazy. The pickup date went by with zero communication, I called them and they said tomorrow. After 2 days I heard nothing so I called them again. They told me no problem we can have it picked up today or tomorrow. We have now left the area and are without a car. When I told them of the urgency, they suddenly found a driver. The original quote was $445 they found a driver and said it would now be $1800. I told them that quote was unacceptable and they came back with $1500. I am now jumping on a plane and going to pick the vehicle up myself and driving the 1100 miles on my own. These people will tell you anything to get your business and can’t support their quotes. Beware of these scammers. Stay away from you have been warned. 😡😡

Do not bother calling this company. They will bait and switch the price. Got a date and and was told they would call with drivers info. No call, so I called and then they proceeded to blame each other. Got another date and driver name and then that didn’t go well too. Driver later said he wasn’t the driver and he was the dispatcher but then said he is a driver when need be. Then he gave me date and another driver info and that didn’t go through. This company will just play games and just BS and try to raise the price knowing it’s getting later in the month and then they feel you have no choice to do it. Don’t use them.
