The product's packaging was the most impressive I've experienced. Very user-friendly and protective. I contacted support to replace a single screw that I had an issue with and within 2 minutes of landing on the website I had a confirmation that the replacement part was shipping that day. It arrived very quickly and an agent followed up to check in if everything was ok. Definitely a fan of my experience.

The gas lift on my chair started randomly deflating after about 15 months of use. Luckily, the replacement process was swift, easy, and free, since I was still under warranty.

After much deliberation on a new chair for myself, I had finally decided on a Vertagear SL5800. The chair has been totally worth the investment however, the left armrest broke off 4 months after I bought it. I put in a claim and was thoroughly impressed with both their prompt and thorough responses. It only took about 3 weeks from my initial claim to receive a replacement. Great job Vertagear!

Getting replacement parts from Vertagear has been easy and pleasant. I've done so twice now, once for each of my Vertagear chairs. Parts ship quickly and the process is painless. Customer support through chat is very helpful and resolves all my issues quickly.

The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my broken part of my chair, and I forgot that I have extended warranty. They helped me out to find my warranty number and shipped my part very quickly. They responded to all my emails same day. Thanks for the great customer service.

I was issued a replacement quickly and customer service was very helpful. They not only helped me replace the right armrest but they sent me a left side arm rest as well! I am very appreciative for the help.
