I had a very disappointing experience with VerseOne. In 2021, around $13,000 of my revenue was not paid to me, even though I submitted all the required documents they requested for verification. Despite completing the process, I never received a clear explanation or resolution. Since then, I have sent 100+ emails to their support team, but I have not received a single meaningful response. I also contacted them through Instagram. My messages were seen, but they were ignored. I have screenshots of these conversations and email history as evidence. Based on my own estimates, there may have been an additional ~$20,000 in revenue generated later, but I cannot confirm the exact amount because I never received the reports. The only revenue I can currently support with documentation is approximately $10,000, and I have attached screenshots of that evidence. I even requested that if they intended to hold my funds, they should at least release half of the payment or provide an explanation. Unfortunately, I received no response. I only recently learned about Trustpilot, which is why I am posting this review now. I have attached screenshots, and if possible, I will also upload a screen recording showing the unanswered emails and Instagram messages. I sincerely hope VerseOne finally responds, explains what happened, and resolves this matter. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

STRONG: The worst trap in the industry. It's leaked how this distributor hijacks your money and liquidates your time. Review Body: Entering here is signing your own bankruptcy. These people don't operate as a technology platform; they operate as morality police to stifle your growth. A total waste of time and capital for any serious operation. 1. Latency of Death: Unacceptable ingestion times. You upload an asset, and they hold onto it for weeks with bureaucratic excuses. They kill your time-to-market and ruin any algorithmic positioning strategy. 2. Capital Hijacking: Complete ROI freeze. They make you lose money with filters that have no technical sense, freezing your workflow and the monetization of your catalog. 3. Zero Institutional Level: Phantom support. When you demand control over your data or clear answers for their platform errors, they throw you into a dead end. They operate like novices. If you value your time, your data, and your royalties, walk away. They're a bottleneck designed to hold you back. A complete zero.
