Really slow support. Previously, when they used Discord tickets, support was really fast, now when they switched to on-site tickets, support has been really rather slow. Other than that, the host is pretty good.

The overall service is okay. However, it takes too long for a request to get accepted and solved. The service needs to be 24/7 because even though i set some of my issues as high priority, it is never responded to with haste. It is also a bit confusing to use considering i have not had much server ownership experience.

I would give the hosting an A+ but the support is just completely understaffed and slow.

I am not quite sure what has happened to the hoster since the last time I used it, but it appears that the hoster has had a lot more downtime on their servers than before. One time, the node went down and I could not access my server for about 3 hours. When the nodes are up and working, the server works great. However, that extended period of downtime was enough to turn me away from using it in the future.

So far the service is great and their website is really cool and I have no issues with the service whatsoever. However, the support is pretty slow in replying I have been waiting a while for a response on my ticket I have tried requesting updates but no one has replied.
