Terrible support. I've been having issues with my website for over 5 days. Tried to contact their support and they only replied once (After 4 days of waiting). Their reply wasn't even helpful. And at the time of writing this, I'm still waiting for them. I even tried to delete all of my files, and it still has "Number Of Processes" very high. In my opinion, 12-24 hours for support's reply would seem good enough. But waiting 4 days for a reply that wasn't even helpful..? No, thanks. Also, most of the reviews you would see here are posted for credits on their website. I have no idea how is this even allowed.

Horrible Hosting! Support is ridiculously slow, the "Executives" are extremely lazy and selfish (They don't care about you nor do they even want to support you!) Waited over 48 Hours in tickets and was ignored multiple times by all staff (Including the lazy selfish "Executives" *STAY AWAY!

Bought a server, was pending for 24 hours, contacted support and they said they'd be with me soon, 24 hours later no response, asked for a refund, still no response.
