I ordered a product. Doesn't work. So basically tossed it away. Credit card Co called me yesterday to say there was a charge on my account. Guess they tried to charge me $16.95 also. Said it was a subscription to something. She canceled my card sonow I wait for a new card. She said be careful buying online. Somewhere there is fine print that your signing up for 16.95 a month. Never again!

Complete Rip Off. Failed in every way to deliver in promised time and when I used their order tracking function I find the product had been delivered to Correos, Spain a month before I ordered it. Called credit card company to dispute the transaction and the product shows uo two days later. Found a disparaging remark on my credit report.

I ordered a GPS from this site. They took the money and never sent the actual item. I've had back and fourth emails with them saying it will be looked into but each time they just stop responding with no follow up. Lesson learned, do not shop here.

Purchased a GPS that required a lot more than what was advertised. Tried to return it. They took 2495 out for the GPS and then two more payments of 16.95 without my approval. No response by email. No response by phone. Please contact the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals Office if you have the same problem. Huge scam!

Placed order, PayPal charged the same day, Feb. 5th. Two weeks later no delivery of item, no tracking number. When I emailed why, I only received "canned" emails promising delivery or tracking in a few days. Total of 4 of these emails. When I looked at my PayPal account it showed they had charged an Automatic Payment. That was new. I called PayPal and they deleted the automatic payment permanently, refunded my money, and sent me comfirming emails. Thank you, PayPal. I do not believe Vernier is a legitimate company. Beware!

Bought the Mini GPS tracker from Vernier. I received it in 3 days. While trying to set it up it says I need an activated SIM card to use it. A week after I received it, I get charged $16.95, for what I don't know. On 2/16/23 I was again charged $16.95, ? I tried to call Vernier customer service @ 850-403-3534 but an auto-text was sent to my phone saying to email. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to email. Avoid this company and save yourself a headache!!!

Wow, I am experiencing exactly what the other individuals are saying. I purchased a GPS tracker that lied in the description. I tried to return it and their customer service is non-existent and pulling my leg. Additionally, my card is now being charge a 16.95 charge after all is said and done. This company needs to be shut down.
