Would leave ZERO stars if I could. We ordered a compass/ ruler , it arrived, finally, no tracking info provided, no email that order was received, etc. when it did arrive it was packaged like crap and was bent. (mind you, this is a measuring instrument) Didnt look at all like the photo shown on website. Trying to return is a joke, they give you the runaround when you request a refind. Then they further hit you with additional $16 charge to your debit for a “miscellaneous” charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Save your correspondence as this will be disputed

I purchased a small mini cpap device that is supposed to blow air into your nose during the night. I purchased it for travel. It arrived and after fully charging it, it ran out of charge after an hour or two. It clearly had '30-day full refund' noted beneath this product. They would not refund my money, stating it was a 'personal item.' I went back and could not find this anywhere. Then I started getting charged every 2-3 weeks $16.95 from Very Cool Things- when I investigated, there was some 'rewards' group that was pre-checked off that roped me into an automatic charge. I wrote to this company's dispute team at least 5 times, even cut and pasting them their own return policy that clearly says if an item doesn't work they will exchange or refund your money. They stopped writing me back. They also did not refund the two 'reward club' charges I did not use and requested refund of. I ended up having to contact PayPal 's resolution center and they helped. I will never purchase anything from this deceptive company.

Company claimed I had signed up for a 16.00 a month subscription and after a delay with order I was hit with this non refundable charge to my credit card. Als read the fine print all items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all SALE items are non refundable This is why I prefer stick and mortar retail shopping.

I just received an email notifying me that an order for a non-slip phone holder for my car has been shipped. ORDER #25856 I already received a previous order and it was junk! The pegs would not fit in the holes. I DID NOT ORDER ANOTHER ONE! If you have charged me for a second one, I will dispute the charge.

I ordered tactical pants for just under $40. 3 days later I received an e-mail that the item was on its way. They provided no tracking number. 9 days later, still, no item was received. I reached out through the site asking for a refund. Got an auto-generated typical response "Our customer support team strives to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during regular business hours, Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST." I never heard back from them. A few days later I got an alert from my credit card asking if a particular charge was made by me....it was a NEW charge of $16 and some change from the Vernier Shop! I had to cancel my card. I will never use them again. Horrible non-existent customer service AND they fraudulently charged my card for purchases not made AFTER asking for a refund of the item I did purchase but never received!

It looks like I fell to same trap as a few other reviews with the multiple charges of $16.95 on my statement months after a one time purchase. I have to cancel my card and will never use this site again. Complete Scam

Scam company. Multiple website names. Cause they are scams. Website Say they accept returns and do not. Signs you up for auto Subscription. Complete scam. artists. Stay away.

The item I purchased did not work, no refunds. Three months later I noticed an additional charge of $16.95 for the month I purchased the item, then for two additional months, these were fraudulent charges, I am now getting them canceled on my credit card, this appears to be a regular scam if you read other reviews, I wonder how many of these they are getting away with.
