I ordered 2 heated seats 3 weeks before Christmas as they said they would arrive up to 5 business days. They were supposed to be in the US but instead they came from China! I only got 1 after 4 weeks of waiting and got the 2nd a week after that. NOT WORTH IT! I now also had an unauthorized charge on my card from them!

We order two heated jackets. A 4XL & Large, the 4XL is literally like a mens XL. I normally wear a 3XL and bought the bigger size just in case. Well after receiving the package, yeah 3 weeks later, I put the jacket on the arms were fine in length, but there is no possible way to zipper the dam thing up. The zippers are about 6 inches apart from one another. I'm very disappointed. Its very deceiving to say they are based in the USA, but your package doesn't come for 3 weeks and they say you'll receive an email with the tracking numbers when it ships. It's funny I received the jackets before I got the tracking numbers. It's shame we have to deal with deceiving people, still to this day!!

Purchased two heated jackets, on the sales page states that batteries are included, not true, we contacted them and they refuse to send us the batteries that was included, also they tell you the items are in USA and will be delivered in five business days. Did not get them for three weeks, finally received a tracking numbers from china!! Also after I used my debit card for the order there was a unauthorized charge on my card, I had to cancelled card and get a new one....would not buy anything from this company, they mislead us three times and we never did get our batteries, coats did work well after we bought some batteries.

This is a scam drop shipping site. 1. They have a button that charges you a $16.95 subscription fee that most people won't notice and looks like it's "free". 2. Once they have your card # they will set up recurring transactions where the company name changes each month. I found this out after a year of charges, each under a different merchant name. 3. They then proceeded to charge monthly the amount of the original item. 100% scam, needs to be shut down.

This company is a scam!! Do not buy one thing from them! For 2 months I have been waiting for my foot Tub, only received the motor for my ionic foot spa and Was charged the full amount and then a week later they took another $29.99 out of my account for a membership I never agreed to, after many calls and emails with no response and $100 later, I still have not received what I have ordered and paid for and had to shut my debit card down and wait 9 days for a new card. There is no excuse for any of this and I highly suggest that no one gives them bank and or debit/credit card information. I am unable to afford to buy another foot spa because they took my money and have paid a huge price for something I could have went to Walmart and bought and been using months ago. Everything they have to offer, you can find somewhere else.

Same as other one star reviews. Stay away from this site. Have not received product and got my credit card card hacked from them.

They sold me a GPS device that is impossible to activate, the technology is no longer supported. THEN someone used my credit card for some other purchase, so I had to cancel the card and get a new one. STAY AWAY from this company!

Claim that back cushion is made in USA: Reality, shipped from China by Yun Express. That is your first clue something is very wrong with Verniershop.com, you don't ship such orders one by one from China. Second, and more Important, the item never arrived, contacting Vernier goes to a common phone bank that just passes on any message to Vernier. Don't buy from this store! I am contacting Google for allowing this scam on their site, you should too, lets shut this add down!
