Promises a 2-3 day delivery, I’m 9 days in and they’re telling me it still won’t be here until next week. I needed that stuff IMMEDIATELY, it was time sensitive. And support could not less helpful, telling you well we’ll get you a refund, but we have to escalate it but you can’t talk to those people, they’ll just email you, eventually. So you just have to sort of trust they will…? And they say it’s an American company on their website, it f**king isn’t. My stuff shipped from China. Damn liars.

I ordered some far-near adjustable glasses from this company.they said theymail from the USA. Turn out the product comes from China I received the glasses and are a piece of junk .you can not really adjust the corrections they are all plastic. They also suppose to have a 30 day return policy .I contact them by email as stated in their website. they answered back and refused to honor the 30day return.instead they offered me 20% cash back,$15 Coupon to their store to keep them I refused .I told them I wanted a full refund.so I am writing this review .their return policy sucks it will cost you more than the glasses($35.restocking charge you pay shipping to China and you get only 20% OF YOUR PAYMENT PRICE BACK.BUYERS BEWARE

Don’t send them money. Complete fraud. Ordered a cervical neck traction device, used PayPal. Two days later they cancelled the order in a e-mail and claimed they refunded my money. Absolutely no customer service and won’t respond in anyway. 10 days later still no refund. Thieves.

Fraudulent!! Kept charging $30 purchases to my card even when I went through the process of getting OFF their subscription service — which I didn’t agree to, btw. Finally had to cancel my card altogether. Also, they lied about the product. I ordered a set of balls for my dog. The product that arrived only had one ball, and was labeled as a cleaning object rather than a dog toy. Stay away from this company! And be careful, they operate under a lot of subsidiary names too.

This company is a scam. Received a cheaply-made product quickly, then 3 weeks later they decided to take out an extra $29.99 for no reason. Luckily this transaction was blocked and the company will be reported immediately.

Item arrived broken, no response to my inquiry. Yesterday they tried to charge 29.99 to my credit card for no reason.

I placed an order thru Vernier Shop for a travel CPAP....It has arrived and is junk and DOES NOT WORK. They also charge your account thru Derma GURUS for $49.95 AND thru Venus Corner for $49.95....SCAM!!!

I order two GPS trackers that were advertised as magnetic, no subscriptions required, and made in America with free 30 day returns. All was false. It was made in China, not magnetic, and requires a SIM card to work. And Vernier made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. After 3 weeks of attempting to contact them, they finally responded saying I was responsible for shipping back to China and a 25% restocking fee. And it is required to arrive back within 10 days or they reserve the right to refuse the refund!!! Also several additional fraudulent charges from unknown source on my credit card - too much coincidence! I should have checked the BBB because they have a F rating. BEWARE!!!
