Ordered on May 8th. On May 24 Venier says they delivered on the 24TH.BUT THEY DID NOT DELIVER AT ALL. CANNOT TALK WITH ANYONE. I THIN K, AT THIS POINT THAT THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased two Portable Air Conditioner Stand Up Room Coolers (indoor AC unit). The rooms these were to be used in are not too large and are not "open," they are bedrooms with doors. Square footage averages 100-200 sq ft and the rooms did not cool down whatsoever. I wish I found these website before I purchased, naively I looked at reviews on the website. You have to fill the back of the unit with water, about 2 liters worth. Today I received an alert from my credit card company requesting confirmation about a purchase from Vernier again. I did not purchase anything else besides those two units. I reviewed the invoice and didn't subscribe to anything, didn't purchase anything additional beyond the AC units. My credit card company refunded the item and noted the additional charge as fraud. My initial purchase was 5/2. The charge was today. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I imagine most of us have had one of these feeders at some point. Over the years I've tried numerous types of feeders and all end up having some flaw that makes them less functional. So, I'm back to these again and I originally thought the little S hook on top that they used to always come with was missing. But I finally discovered it taped to the underside of the ant moat. So make sure you look under there for the hook. they are well worth the investment.

First time I used the hose it blew out. Told me to put tape on it. Do not buy anything from this scamming company

Item was not at all as described! Very cheaply made as well. I requested a refund and was told that I could get a 50% refund and keep it, or get a full refund after I paid to send it back and paid a 15% restocking fee! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible product. English instructions totally unintelligible from the chinese product.

Terrible customer service. Third party phone call center. Impossible to speak to an actual human. Order was not as needed.

This was the hugest mistake. Somehow the pictures of birds, appeared to be live birds, feeding from this birdfeeder had to be false. The space between rotating bottom is too close to the holes for the birds to get to the seed. Our birds are normal size and it just does not work. Not just this, it also is a piece of flimsy plastic, the hook is thin, difficult to pour in seed and press down the top. This will last about two minutes when the squirrels discover it. I'd send it back, but it was an ordeal to get it in the first place.
