This company is a scam.... I made a order from them last month before Iread the reviews and I immediately cancelled ...this month they charged me for the order i cancelled. So I called all upset... maybe a litlle harsh... let me say, this numbet 850-403-3534 is a home number!!!! Not customer service.this guy kept hanging up on me... asking me for information and putting me on hold. I literally recorded the incident and went live on tiktok with this. Im trying to tell everyone DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I EVEN CANCELLED MY CARD!!!!! BECAUSE I DONT BELIEVE ILL SEE MY MONEY BACK...CONTACTED MY BANK....BECAUSE YOU KNOW BANKS HAS FRAUD ALERTS NOW.. IM WRITING EVERY SITE I CAN ....BETTER BUSINESS....AMAZON.....ALLLL AND TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. AND THE GUYS ON THE OTHER LINE HAD SPANISH ACCENT.

Definitely a front for something else. Advertising products falsely and then refusing to return them all while collecting credit card info.

You have double charged me ! Please refund my money please And product is a joke. Can't even feel the air coming through. You charged me on May 5th then again on May 28th 2024. Please refund.

Product (adjustable reading glasses) was totally unusable. You would go blind if you attempted to use the product. Also......several months later my credit card started receiving monthly charges for NO REASON! Promised credit was not received either.

I would advise you do not purchase from this company. You can get the same product from Amazon. We received our first portable a/c unit in the beginning of May. The unit would not even turn on. So we requested a new one. This unit also did not work. I have made 4 phone calls to initiate the return process. All 4 times I have been told in 48 hours I will receive information on how to send back the units. I just made my 5th call in three weeks trying to get this issue resolved. The representative informed me today there is no record of my previous calls. Every representative I have called has been rude and unprofessional. Also pay attention to the fine print. This company will automatically sign you up for a “free membership” upon your purchase and then conveniently charge you 29.99 for the “free” membership. Really save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!!! Please avoid the company at all costs. They have a F rating with the BBB!!!!!

Just received the laser. We like to have it dance in our pines at night. We have 100 ft pines in our yard. It has no problem reaching the top of the tress. Super relaxing. I am using one red light and 2 green. 3 green made it a little busy. I hope it lasts as long as our old one.

Purchased 2 Bluetooth earbuds; said, "completely made in the USA. Upon receipt; made in China. Returned with following all their instructions, 2 weeks ago. Now they're giving me the runaround and thus far; no refund. Don't purchase from this scam outfit! Update: 5/29/24-Received email 2 days ago that refund that was supposed to be given 2 weeks ago is again being escalated to management. Emailed to inquire and called their customer service number; well, surprise, surprise; no answer! Don't buy from this company! Stay away! I purchased 3 mini cams for a work truck. Insufficient data so they will not work with 5g only 2g. They also enrolled me in a monthly fee program which I did not give them permission to do. Waiting to see if it is refunded. BEWARE
