I ordered a portable air conditioner from them that did not work. I called the customer service number and spoke with a representative. She asked for my order #. I asked her to hold on while I retrieved that and she stated that she didnt have time to hold on and for me to call back. From that time forward no one answers my calls its as if my number was blocked. So I will never order anything from this company again

Scam! My wife bought something from Vernier Company in June. The merchandise was fine, and the charge posted no problem. 2 months later in August, a $29.99 charge shows up. I call the number, and she says it was for a monthly subscription (which they automatically enroll you in). She said she would cancel the subscription and issue a credit in 2 to 3 business days. I never got the refund and never expected to but kept my eye on my account to make sure there were no further charges. 1 month later in September, they tried to post a $29.99 charge on the same card issuer but with an expired card number, this time as the Serner Company. They are using a variety of names. DOJ should get involved.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED 2 TEXAS WILDFLOWER WREATHS, well, they arrived 2 weeks later, the wreaths looked nothing like the pics on their website, definitely not as described, size, material used, cheaply made…I called customer service, then sent an email, they responded that I could return paying to ship back and they would refund 50% then another 50% when received minus 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, when I attempted to leave a review on the website, I could only leave 5 star WTH

Scam .. tried ordering a back massage chair thing almost over a month ago and this sh!t scam took 75$ !

I have ordered 11days ago. But my order didn't ship yet. I don't trust Verniershop and I don't recommend them.

VernierShop impressed me with their product quality and service. I ordered a mop, and it's easily the best one I've ever used-durable, efficient, and perfect for my needs. I also decided to join their $29.99 membership program, which has been a fantastic addition. The perks and discounts have already paid off, making my shopping experience even better. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

I noticed a $29.99 charge on my credit card this morning that I did not recognize. It was from Venstore.co. I called the phone number and spoke with a very rude woman who said I had purchased something and signed up for a subscription, which I did not do. She said she "would take my word for it" and refund my money. I asked her if this was a legit business and she got extremely offended on the phone. I reported my card stolen. I went back looking at transactions and found another transaction on August 10th. After doing some searching I realized it was from a mini camera I had purchased on vernier.com. Apparently they sign you up automatically for a subscription. Stay far away from this scammer site(s).

For sure a scam! I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased anything from them. I tried to call and kept getting hung up on and the guy kept pretending to be someone else each time I called back. I hope this gets to anyone thinking about buying from this scammer.
