If I could give a negative stars, I would. First I ordered two cameras, they were delayed for 4 weeks. So I replaced them, when I received them I contacted the company to return them. It seemed straightforward. They they charged me again for no actual reason. In the meantime, I shipped the cameras with insurance and tracking, notified the company. No response. Shipment completed, still no response to my email. I called and asked for refund, assured I would get it. Two weeks later, called again- asking for refund. It is now 2 MONTHS later and I am being asked for the confirmation that THEY received the package. If the package was delivered to your address, why would you be asking me now? NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE- SCAM ARTIST EXTRODINAIRE!

Scam, scam, scam!!! I ordered a leash with the option for a "Lifetime Warranty" and shipping protection. The leash broke just after their 30 day return policy. They said the "Lifetime Warranty" only covers damage for shipping not warranty for any damage in a "Lifetime." Now I am out a $40 leash plus the $5 warranty that they refuse to uphold. Do not order from this company.

I bought this baby sound machine recently and have used it a few times. I love the choices of light colour and of sound options. You can use the light without sound, the sound without light, or both at the same time. Also, the sounds don't seem to loop, which is great, because the looping always wakes me up.I am about to order another one right now.

I ordered an item, it was trash, I tried to return it, they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee and I pay for postage to return it, annnnd send it signature required to prove that they received it, then they would refund me. I first read about these subscription fees in these comments, I immediately contacted vernier.com and told them I did not want any subscriptions, make sure it was not added to my account. They assured me it wasn't, they are liars! Yesterday I was charged $34.95 from VVLSIS, for a subscription I did not sign up for. I don't even know what that subscription is! My bank caught it as a fraud charge, I agreed with the bank it was fraud. this morning there was another charge for $34.95 by a company called Decline Defense, the bank did not catch this one. If you decline payment for the subscription, this company intervenes and tries to collect that charge 🤬 thanks to vernier.com I had to cancel my card in order to file this as fraud. I will never order from another online company unless it is Amazon.com at least they are extremely trustworthy and back their sales and returns.

Ordered a 16oz capacity hummingbird feeder. The product that arrived was a very poorly made cheap piece of plastic with only a 2oz capacity. That have fake reviews that are all of similar writing.
