SCAM!!! I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband in November I got an email saying the shipment was going to be delayed a few days later. COOL so I thought. I kept up with tracking and the package never moved. Called CS only to hear music playing each time I called. Now 12/20 I was getting worried it would not arrive on time. I emailed no response. Emailed again and cancelled the order, they offered me an 8 dollar refund. Emailed again and to refuse the offer now they offered 50%. I disputed the charge, while looking at my statement I saw another charge UNAUTHORIZED !! I emailed and told them if they didn’t refund me I was reporting it to the AG. Anyone who has been scammed by this company should report it to FCC.

Scam site and can't even trust the scamming website to give a credible review of this shop. I ordered a coffee mug Dec.16th and was supposedly in transit the 17th but never got past that date. Called "service" department and they said they would send an update regarding transaction. Said they could give me no further information. Did I get an email? Of course not. They also tried to charge me the 5th of January for items I did not order and tried again on the 6th. Why do garbage people exist?

Ordered two watch. Was supposed to be shipped in 3-4 business days from the U.S. later received email that it is being shipped from China. Every time I call customer service, they come up with a different answer. First they say wait until one week before they cancel, then they said they have cancelled and emailed confirmation will be received in 24 hours and when I didn’t receive, they told me they cannot do anything unless the watches are delivered. Been two weeks. Fraud and deception!

Avoid like the plague. My "Heated Gloves with Rechargeable Batteries" came 10 days late with 0 batteries. When I reached out, apparently the gloves don't come with batteries, nor can the gloves even be heated. At first they wouldn't let me return without providing my credit card number. Then when we finally got past that, it was that I'd get an 85% refund. Once I kept fighting, now it's 100% but I have to pay to ship them back. This company is a scam.

This "company" is a scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered from them over a month ago. I am yet to receive my item.. I was then charged, less than a month later, an additional $29.99. A charge, like everyone else, I never signed up for, agreed to, nothing. Now I will likely have to cancel my credit card. All of these positive reviews are also clearly generated by a bot. Fake names, using product descriptions as a reference point. STAY AWAY!

Total scam I order expensive bird feeders from them They sent me cheap plastic “dollar store bird feeders” They won’t return my messages and they tried to charge me a $30 monthly subscription fee I had to cancel my credit card an report the unauthorized charge Beware!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of heated gloves for my dad for Xmas. Shipping took a couple of weeks which is to be expected around Xmas. No problem. PKG finally came and all that came was the gloves themselves. No batteries to charge, no charging cable, no user manual. Not even a pick ticket or ANY paperwork whatsoever. I reached out to customer service and they said the "Team" they contacted said that it is supposed to only be the gloves. $59 for just a pair of gloves?? The website clearly says "rechargeable battery packs included". So not only did they scam me on the product. They will charge me a restocking fee because they didn't send what their website claimed they did. This company is a scam. Period. Also, I have never written any type of review on any site in my entire life. stay away if possible. This company will simply take your money and then charge you when they send way less than what is paid for when you want to return.

I ordered a wreath that was to be To be delivered in 3 to 5 days from Nevada. It took 30 days and the wreth that I ordered I ordered a wreath that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. My 5-year-old grandson could have done better. I have reached out to them repeatedly for a refund and now will take it out with my credit card company. This company is a scam.
