I paid almost $100 for two large ferns and received ONE twig with 4 fern leaves. It’s like a dollar store sample fern. I have pictures and I’m currently trying to get a refund! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

They refused to give a return. the seller is not the shipper, their warentee is forced through a nother company and bill you for it! , they triggered a fraud alirt on my card trying to use my card 5 or 6 seperate times in different locations. this is hands down the worst company I've ordered from online! the customer service is responsive and useless. if I could leave less then 1 star is would! my credit score is 815! I'm in the top 1% with 100% positive reviews on air bnb companies like this give all companies a bad name. absoutly horrible experience! I feel they are extremely unethical! Internet drop shipping business with no accountability in my opionion!

I thought I was smarter but I got scammed. I’m usually pretty good ordering online but apparently not this time. Ordered 2 products. Only received half of my order. Inquired about the missing half of my order and they only stated that it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. They charged me an additional $6 on my order which I KNOW I unchecked the box for the warranty as well. Today….. they charged me another $29.99 for a “subscription”. No idea what the subscription is even for? Called and started to complain to their customer service number and got awful not believable excuses and was hung up on. Filed a claim with my bank and canceled my card. ***SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE***

I ordered a phone accessory that stopped working within a week. While it was affordable, I didn't expect it to break so quickly. The return process was also a bit confusing.

Obviously, if shoppers haven't caught on by now, they have also been scammed just like me. They sell junk, missing pieces, no deliveries, defective stuff... you get the idea. They cannot be traced. A Chinese company out in California adopted this business model several years ago and it has spread. I stayed on a hold by telephone over one hour. Vernier Shops need to be gone and their owners prosecuted.

I received pkg and not one item worked. Wrote and asked for credit. I sent documents they wanted. They offered 20% and I was hoping to settle for 40 since they are a Chinese made item. Now they want a video of myself so they can decide what to do next. I wrote and told them I'm not able to, plus I've jumped.hoops already. Deb Burton.

This company is a SCAM I don't care how they present them self as a legit company this company is horrible,you may order any items from them and 100% you will never receive it... But they happily will take your money real quick this is the worst experience I ever have had ordering anything online..you call in to find out about the item you ordered all they keep saying is next week it should be delivered,once again next week and next week the customer service unprofessional.. very rude ladies that I have spoken too they really need some training on customer service...they are a unreliable company so don't purchase anything from this company....or you will be one of many victims of there scam and Im still waiting on my refund...
