This is a horrible company that I will never use again. 1)First I was forced to buy an "insurance/warranty" policy that I did not want. After a long search thru their website, and a lot of hassle I was finally able to call and get that cancelled. 2) I got an item that was substandard and not as advertised. 3) There was no place on the website to find how to make a return. I finally called and got ahold of a very grumpy, and not very bright man, who didn't seem to know what he was doing and then got rude with me. He said my instructions would come in 48 hours. 4) Today I got my return "offer." A 50% refund, plus a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay return shipping. Obviously on an item that was originally $19.97, a 50% refund leaves me with $10. Then subtract the 15%, and I have $8.50. Return shipping will be $5, or more, so as I'm sure Verniers is gleefully counting on, it isn't worth me sending the item back. 5) As to their offer of store credit. I don't want a single thing from them.

The absolute WORST customer experience in my entire life. This is a SCAM company!! DO NOT order anything from them, once they have your money, they will NOT provide an ounce of support>. I've spent over a month and SEVERAL phone calls and emails trying to get a refund on a piece of junk Chinese made coat hook and every time I finally get through to the customer service, I'm told a different story but have yet to see the refund they tell me is approved. Complete waste of time!!!!!

Tried to cancel after they tacked on an additional $7.95 replacement charge that I didn't ask for. No answer at phones, nor replies to emails. The sandals, when they finally arrived 3 weeks later are total junk. Avoid this junk shop at all costs. You get way less than you pay for!

FRAUD: They automatically enroll you in many memberships… without your permission and keep charging your credit card. I am going to report them to Federal bureau.

the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I tried to buy one pair of sandals. Their website didnt clear out my purchase, and I ended up getting 3! I tried to call - no one would answer the call. I tried to email and they didnt get back to me before the order was already out - like 3 days later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Takes about 24-48 hours for them to answer a single email. - wouldnt refund 100% on the 2 mistake pair. Wouldnt give return shipping and after all that the quality was total crap. Ended up goving me a tiny refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Not worth the hassle.

Today marks the 8th day after purchasing and still their site says the order is still being “processed” & has not yet shipped. I too, as others, was initially charged for a protection plan I did NOT select. Granted, they reversed that at my request. On the morning of the eighth day (the day I’m entering this review), I called my credit card company to put this charge in dispute and ordered a new card so they will not have access to my account in the future. I thought it was strange that they respond to emails immediately way after midnight EST. Makes me wonder if they work out of India, or some other nation, infamous for their international scam artists centers.

I ordered a wallet. It did not meet my expectations on the type of wallet I needed, so I wanted to return it. I called them within 10 minutes to cancel the order & they said it already processed for shipping. I wrote them after I received the item. They sent me the following "you purchased under a discounted promotion. Our return and refund policy applies only to full-price items." I did not see anything that referenced this when I purchased the wallet. Also, they had numerous delays on getting me the item.

WARNING: I left a review on their page, and THEY DO NOT LET YOU LEAVE LESS THAN A 5 STAR RATING. My recent experience with this vendor was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order on May 15th, expecting a straightforward delivery process. Delivery and Notification Issues: A delivery attempt was made on May 26th, but I received no notification of this failed attempt. It wasn't until June 2nd, after realizing I hadn't received my product, that I initiated contact. Poor Customer Service: Upon calling customer service, I encountered unhelpful and rude representatives who provided only curt responses. I was informed that the unit had been returned to the vendor and that they could not offer any further assistance, advising me to contact the vendor directly. Vendor Communication Breakdown: I then reached out to the vendor, Venrnier. It took an unacceptable seven days for them to respond, and even then, it was only after I sent a follow-up email. Their eventual response stated the product was at a shipping center in Los Angeles. Further Shipping Complications: I contacted the Los Angeles shipping center, only to be told that the product had already been shipped back out and was no longer in their possession. Unacceptable Resolution: Calling Venrnier back, I was again met with a rude representative who seemed indifferent to the series of issues I had faced, particularly the failure of delivery. Without any discussion or explanation, she informed me that a refund had been requested. When I questioned why a refund was issued instead of re-shipping the product, her dismissive reply was that I would "probably have to re-order." This entire ordeal has been a cascade of communication failures, unhelpful customer support, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not be opting to re-order from this vendor. The lack of proactive communication, the rude and unhelpful staff, and the arbitrary decision to refund rather than re-ship make this a vendor I cannot recommend.
