This company is sketchy and their products are crap. Plus, they enroll you in a "rewards" program that charges your credit card $39.99/month after your purchase. They run their credit card billing through another company. I will not be ordering from them again and will urge others not to either!

I ordered my product on September 9th and have yet to receive it. Communication is absolutely ridiculous. I call every other day. They claim they tried to deliver it but they did not. And out no one gets back to me. I've been hung up on the phone several times. Do not trust this company

Horrible products, not USA based, returned 2 products and never got a refund. Do not buy anything from this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

TERRIBLE customer service. First, they charged me for extended warranty which I did not want. We product arrived, it did not suit my needs. Advertised as AC, but it was a FAN! I complied with their directions for return and paid for shipping. The postal service tracking confirmed, but I never received my refund. Venier is a fraudulent company! A complaint was filed with Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.

They sent the wrong product, and my card was also charged some random fees after I bought from them. This is a scam. They offered to give me 50% back from some smart glasses that costed $62. They sent me some cheap plastic regular sunglasses. DO NOT BUY from them. DO NOT BUY from them. DO NOT BUY from them. DO NOT BUY from them. DO NOT BUY from them. DO NOT BUY from them.

What I purchased wasn’t at all what it showed online and it was MUCH smaller. It’s a piece of junk and no directions came with it.

Same experience. Ordered a $31 raincoat, it came cheap, poorly made, with strings hanging everywhere and not as pictured. I also was charged the 7.96 and 39.99 unauthorized charges! Also came from China . Total scam website.
