Chicken Flavored CBD Treats
Our older dog has become finicky with food and was refusing to eat etc. We swapped up his food under our vet's recommendation but he continued to hold off eating until his stomach was upset often resulting in throwing up what he did eat. He lost a lot of weight so we called VT Pure CBD and the owner Seth helped us choose their chicken flavored CBD dog treats. Although there are no studies claiming that CBD increases appetite or helps with nausea in dogs, Seth suggested we give it a try, it can’t hurt. Wow are we glad we did! It’s been two weeks of giving him a treat first thing in the morning 15 min before breakfast, the vomiting stopped the first day and he’s starting to put weight back on. His blood work came back normal from the vet with slightly elevated white cells so we are working with them to treat inflammation in his GI track and they told us to keep doing what we are doing since he’s gaining. We’ve upped his treats to 1 before breakfast and again at dinner. We are now on a subscription plan for the treats so we don’t run out. I can’t thank Seth enough for taking our call.
