Hi Brian 😀, We appreciate your feedback 👍, and we sincerely apologize about that. We try to the best we can to make sure they arrive to you guys safe and sound. During shipping they may loose a little of the sturdiness from which we initially rolled and packaged them. When they arrive, to hopefully get them back into the firm form they initially had; on a table or hard surface: 1.) position the pre-roll standing up so that the filter end is touching the hard surface, and the light-end (twisted part) is facing upwards. 2.) tap, or gently drop the pre-roll from about a half an inch to an inch up a few times - filter side down - against the hard surface. Hopefully this will kind of "re-pack" the flower more snugly and sturdy towards the filter end within the paper shell. We'll make a YouTube video of the process in the next few days and put it on our website's pre-roll flower pages to hopefully help anyone who encounters a similar situation 👍😀

Hi Kathy 😀, We appreciate your feedback, and we sincerely apologize that our CBD Honey didn't quite meet your expectations. We like to try to keep things as all natural as possible 💗. Since we use raw (unprocessed/unheated) honey, the graininess and thicker viscosity is from it being a super-saturated with sugars - which are naturally crystalizing out. As for the flavor, that's definitely our all natural Full-Spectrum CBD Oil your tasting, and it indeed adds some plant-flavored notes to the taste. I can only presume that the other infused honey you tried before was processed (heated) honey combined with CBD Isolate - which is essentially tasteless. If you gently heat the CBD jar of the honey itself, the honey will render/melt down and transition into the more familiar golden color and syrup'y viscosity. Howdy Justin :) Thanks for your feedback. We apologize about the bud size, a few of our flower varieties just didn't produce super tight, nice big colas as other varieties. We won't be growing the under-performers again this year. There were even some strains we've grown over the years that were so pathetic, they didn't even make it out of the field. We'll keep stepping our game up for sure, because we never want to disappoint :) Please reach out to us about the free item/sample, we're happy to ship it out.
