We founded Champlain Valley Organics in 2017 to produce the best organically-grown, full-spectrum CBD products on the market. We grow our own hemp, extract our own oil and handcraft all of our full-spectrum products right here in Shoreham, Vermont.We pride ourselves on offering superior, responsibly-produced products at fair prices. We will never cut corners in any aspect of our operation. To this end, we strive to use only the most natural, unprocessed, and sustainable materials throughout our CBD manufacturing and are always seeking ways to reuse and respect what goes into our products. All of our harvested plant material from stalks, to stems, to extracted flower, we compost and put back into our soil. Additionally, our equipment storage quarters has 63 – 285 Watt Solar Panels on the roof, which produces about 22,630 kWhs of clean energy per year. This helps counter-pose the majority of our power consumption, and will offset 678,000 pounds of carbon in it’s lifecycle. We are proud that we control the entire process from soil to oil! All of our packaging and shipping materials are fully recyclable – boxes, packing paper, and our padded shipping envelopes.We craft our CBD using high-tech alcohol extraction that produces the highest quality, most full-spectrum products that can be created. My 11-year-old yorkie has a collapsed…
My 11-year-old yorkie has a collapsed trachea and it is severe. I didn't want to use opiates which cause poor appetite, constipation, extreme fatigue and of course tolerance which causes a need to give him higher and higher doses to get the same effect. The CBD seems to keep him calm without these side effects. It doesn't work when his coughing is severe, but that's when I reach for the narcotic. The CBD usually helps stop the coughing before it becomes too severe. I know his time is limited so I appreciate having this option to keep him comfortable. Thank you.

I'm new to CBD and still trying to…
I'm new to CBD and still trying to figure it out. I have sleep issues and restless leg syndrome. Still working out how much to take to help me. Thank you.

It takes a little experimenting Sharon, I as well use CBD for sleep issues. Here's my CBD journey story for ya. I started using our products back in 2019. I mainly use the tincture to help me sleep more than 4 hours a night. I personally like the tinctures because it allows the flexibility of finding what dose works best, as everyone has different sensitivities to CBD. With the capsules, you're locked into a particular dose amount, but some people like that once they find out what dose amount works best for them. So with the tincture, I started out by using 5mg. CBD of the tincture before bed, and after a few nights I didn't notice a difference. I then went up to a 10mg. dose and was still on the fence about it. So I tried 15mg. before bed for a few days and started noticing I was sleeping longer, and started having dreams again too! I decided to go up to 20mg. and that's where I've settled at for the last 4 years now. Everyone is different, so the dose amount varies from person to person. But generally speaking, start low and go up as needed. Reach out to us anytime if you have any questions or anything, we're always here to help :)
