Unprofessional and Incompetent of billing.
We have been with the company for a couple years now for background checks of perspective tenants. We pay our invoices within SEVEN days of getting them. This is the SECOND snarky email we have gotten saying we haven't paid our invoice! The SECOND! The first one was late 2025 and was paid (and in their bank within 7 days)...but they misplaced it. The "repeated requests" is a lie! Again, we have gotten TWO emails the entire time we have been with them. Unprofessional and rude to say the least, but then as I am trying to run a report...they "blocked me due to non payment!" Once the owner responded with the documentation AGAIN that our bill was paid within SEVEN days of the invoice.... I was unblocked. And this message.... is from the President of the company! Can someone please give me a status update on the invoice #24*** for $ 28.00 that’s at 496 days old as of today??!! I have made repeated requests to no avail. I would appreciate a response.
