Rude people. Talks down on applicants. David Powers is very argumentative & egotistical.

One day I call and someone does their job and gives me my information, so helpful. The next day I call, as instructed by the by the representative yesterday and I get the most difficult person who was nasty and insisted that she could not help me. Very rude and spoke down to me as if I was a child. Talked over me the entire time and no matter what I requested she refused to help and would not let me speak to a supervisor, so disrespected. Each time I apply for an apartment they charge 25.00 dollar application fee so all I was trying to do was to make sure my case was dismissed in there record before I apply again. I have already paid the 25.00 dollars once and and each time I apply is another 25.00 dollars that's why I was trying to be just get a yes or no answer, and the hateful woman would not help and no one likes to be talked down to.

The wait time is horrible, takes too long to get the results.
