They were useless
They were useless, just read the corporate handbook. I can do that myself, I contacted them because the information available was not working. Now I know that you have a bunch of over jobbed people working for ya’s.

The provider was over a half hour late
The provider was over a half hour late, and I never received my recommendation/allotment via email and it does not show up in my portal.
