I am now 8 days past my video…
I am now 8 days past my video appointment that ended with a recommendation and I was told that would be sent to me in the mail. Funny how I see some reviews here claiming they got their recommendations and card and were able to use the same day. How? Lol it seemed pretty seamless in the beginning of the process but after payment and the video appointment, they have been silent or giving out generic answers to my questions. As far as I'm concerned, I'm just looking at a refund so I may go get a recommendation elsewhere.

Hey Michael. Thanks for the feedback. Veriheal operates in over 30 states and every state has a different process and timeline. In many states, patients are able to receive their recommendations digitally, hence the incredibly short timeline with the reviews you are mentioning. From what we understand, you are in Arizona, which should just take a few weeks at most. We appreciate your patience during these times and rest assured, everything will be taken care of for you and is on its way.

I was skeptical going in but with the money back guarantee I figured why not? Everything was as advertised. Very friendly customer support. My televisit was on time and 4 days later I got my card. Definitely pleased.

Excellent, Prompt service! Cheaper than average price for 1 year certification and discounts for veterans and low-income folks 199.00$ USD for certification and 25.00$ USD for low- income qualified folks for medical card! Very knowledgeable and informative staff and Physicians! 5 stars!!! All done with Telemedicine on smartphone by video conferencing!! So great during the Covid-19 PANDEMIC!!

I am pleased with the process
am pleased with the process. My appointment was on Saturday, 5/2/20 at 5:30 pm and done through video. For whatever reason my camera didn’t work when the Dr. came online so I restarted the meeting and all worked great. As of Monday, I checked the PA website and do not see my certificate from the doctor. So hopefully that doesn’t take too long to show up so I can pay the $50 fee and get my MMJ card!
