The process was fast and easy but i still dont understand what type of assistance i get for the extra 10 dollars i paid

Very smooth straight forward experience. Applied and was able to schedule appointment a week later. My Doctor was very friendly, and helpful. Appointment was quick and easy. I was approved, immediately got my confirmation email from the state, paid my card fee, then received card in the mail 8 days later. Overall very happy with my experience. As a person with anxiety disorder, it helped me a lot that I could have an appointment from the comfort of my own home over video chat. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting their card, but feeling intimidated about the whole process. I was NOT paid to write this review this is my true experience. PS: I was also skeptical if this was for real or not, one thing that helped my decision is they offer a money back guarantee if you’re not approved. Also when I received my doctors name I had the appointment with, I searched his name on my state’s list of approved physicians and his name was on there.
