Quick card recommendations
Veriheal does have some communication issues however over all the process was not complicated and it was quick to get through. They promptly respond to review feedback and reach out to fix issues. However doctors are not there to really advise you on the medicinal application or dosage of marijuana. There job is to give a recommendation to the state. It cleared up a lot when I understood that the people at the dispensaries are the ones who will be giving all the actual information on the product and recommendations for usage

Hey there Caitlin, We are deeply saddened to read your review about your experience using our platform. Our team has been able to locate your records in our system and are actively investigating where the shortcoming here could have possibly been. No matter the case, that level of service is certainly not acceptable and against any protocols that we have in place for the doctors that use our platform. Also, upon further inspection, it would appear that the average wait time in your specific state is 10 days. We are not certain why the doctor would have said 24 hours but we are actively reaching out to get in touch with them. Anyways, we can assure you that we are certainly not a scam and that our managers are aware of your issue and actively working on it for you. We will be in touch shortly and are looking to a hasty resolve. Thank you for your patience.
