A genuine customer
The mere fact is that you are reminded that the time is now to reapply for your medical Marijuana card. You cant wait. And I even get a discount on my fee for being loyal every year. It's a significant discount. The staff are very professional 👏. I love that part. It's hard to get such service these days. Thank you.

I had paid for the wrong appointment…
I had paid for the wrong appointment and someone called and helped me schedule the appointment that I needed for the same day and I was able to be seen by a doctor the same day they called I have been a customer since 2022 and never have any problems and the doctors are always so nice and i love the fast appointments

After my interview with doctor
After my interview with doctor, I was told in the next 24hrs I would be contacted and given a PIN number, but that never came. My newly minted card hasn’t arrived and I still haven’t been able to purchase medical marijuana because of this. Please help!

Medical card renewal …
This is my fourth renewal of my medical card. The last three were great experiences. This time the doctor left me hanging and never joined the meeting. I had to contact Veriheal to get it sorted out. I was waiting for an hour. Not a huge deal but I ended up having to push back my next appointment.
