Customer service was unbelievable. I placed my order and everything was great. A while later I recieved a text from Willa who helps run Vera's Copper and she said I had forgotten to use my 20% discount. So she hooked me up so I was able to use use the discount and answered several of my questioned about the jewelry She also asked why I was interested in the copper. And it was because of arthritis which hinders my movement. She made a few helpful suggestions and said if I had any questions or concerns once I received my order, to text her. I am almost 81 years old and I have heard the rumors about what copper can do, but I never listened. Now, that I am older, I have aches and pains that slow me down. I don't like taking pills of any kind, and most of the time, CBD products help with those pains. So, I figured I'd give copper a try. Vera's Copper seemed to be the most reliable source. I have a lot of pain in the joint of my left thumb, and I have been wearing Vera's Copper ring on that thumb. The pain is nearly gone.
