Do not trust this company. I put through an order and noticed right away that it had the wrong address. I received a text from them right after I ordered, I told that person that the order had the wrong address and they said to email Vera’s Copper and they will make the change. I emailed them twice before they shipped the order and they never made the change. So, the order was shipped to the wrong address and they will not refund my money since I did not receive the order. They will just keep your money.

I thought I was buying a legit copper bracelet from Lousiana or Wyoming as these were the states mentioned in the advertising. They got my address wrong. So I wrote to customer service and got no response for 3 days. Found out they are in Hong Kong, with a long list of complaints from the Better Business Bureau. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I have reached out 6 different times by email and have had NO response largely because that must be a dead end email. Looks like I need to stay with in person jewelry purchases. DO NOT do business this con artist.

Vera talks about being located in Sedona Arizona. After it took forever to get my shipment I researched a lot more and found out that her jewelry is coming from Hong Kong. Not only that her jewelry is fake, it is not 100% pure copper. I have been wearing my jewelry day and night. My wrist has turned green. So I decided to take a knife and scratch my copper and found that it was silver plated underneath. Pure copper does not change color. Nor does it turn your arms green, very disappointed and I would not recommend this to anybody.

First off, my order was for almost $150. That order was placed nearly 4 months ago. I have reached out to inquire about my shipping status. They did respond after my first inquiry, with a somewhat ho-hum answer. Second email has received no response. I would not trust this business. If, by some stretch of the imagination, these people decide to run an honorable business & ship items that have long been paid for, I will have nothing good to say about VERAS COPPER!!

I too was taken in by this sales pitch 🤬 Out of the 4 items purchased none of them live up to the photographed items in the website, you get 2nd rate knock offs typical of China shenanigans 😏

What a scam I should have researched this more They say 99% copper Magnet will NOT stick to it WRONG first thing I did was put a magnet to it and of course it STUCK Magnet latched on quick all over the bracelet SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED

This company has fraudulent advertising and practices. They say they are going out of business so you can get their stuff for free, just pay for shipping. They also say 99% pure copper, however, my daughter scratched her bracelet to be sure and it is COPPER PLATED. Who knows what's actually underneath the plating? We are going to have it tested for lead. I felt cheated and immediately asked for them to stop the shipment and not charge my card, but they went ahead with the order. When I mentioned that their products aren't pure copper, they conveniently ignored that part to tell me they are a family company. Huh? I thought it was this nice old lady who was crafting her jewelry from her workshop and going out of business. RUN. Do not buy from this company. They lie and don't deserve our business.

I am very disappointed with my purchase from Vera’s Copper. The tracking information showed that my order was shipped from Hong Kong, despite the company’s advertising giving the impression that the jewelry is made in Sedona, Arizona. The bracelet I received also does not appear to be what was advertised. It is coated/plated, and the coating has already begun to flake off. The product was advertised as copper, yet the finish is coming off with normal use. Even more concerning, the item advertised as containing jade is resin rather than genuine jade. I purchased this jewelry based on the representations made in the advertising and expected a substantially different product. Based on my actual experience, I would not recommend Vera’s Copper and would advise buyers to carefully investigate the materials and shipping origin before purchasing.
