I had a group of 16 and was given a person named Joy to work with to reserve excursions for the group BARR FAMILY. It went great until she left and although I asked there was never a replacement. I finished the arrangements on my own. Your excursion Triple Yukon Combo Tour on June 18 from Skagway was the worst Excursion with my family members that I ever took. The driver said from the beginning that he was not going to tell us about the area but just give us his personal stories and lots of photo ops. He did that and even took us on a road that was closed.

We booked two tours - One in Seychelles one in Dubai. They showed up for neither one ! 24/7 support number - No answer. So we incurred extra cost trying to pivot to an on the fly excursion. Venture ashore refunded money for services not rendered after a fight - and no compensation for the loss and inconvenience they created NEVER USE VENTURE ASHORE !

Did the Mykonos Jeep Tour with our family. Worst experience and waste of money and time ever! All 4 families that went hated it. First, Jeeps were in terrible condition...didn't have sunroofs and 2 of our Jeeps stalled going up a steep hill. Second, the tour guide (Mathias, I think) was awful. Didn't tell us anything, told one of the families he didn't like Americans, didn't take us where the tour was supposed to go (one of my daughters noticed on Google Maps) and got annoyed when we listened at the lighthouse stop to listen to another tour guide. He said, "Are you finding out anything interesting?" very sarcastic. Drive was super dangerous and we had no way to stay in touch to ensure all the Jeeps stayed together. I asked for his phone number just in case (and the other families copied me). He, in fact, did leave one of the families behind at a location because...surprise...they had car trouble with the lovely Jeep they were provided! I wish I could get our money back and that day back. Worst excursion ever!!!!

Poor customer service, not reliable. We are asking for a refund for an excursion that venture ashore did not collect us but they do not accept their responsibility. They keep blaming us for not being there. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT USE VENTURE ASHORE We went on a cruise in July 2024 and we missed our excursion booked with this Venture Ashore because they did not collect us from the port of Piraeus. They did not email us to say they had changed the time. Extremely poor service and they refuse to accept responsibility. We paid £142.00 but they refuse to refund. No email communication for changing excursion time. No one to collect us at the time of excursion. We were left in a parking area for two hours. Extremely disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM.

Last year I booked an excursion through venture ashore , and they cancelled it the day before saying the website shouldn’t have shown the option as my cruise was only getting in an hour before the excursion was supposed to start leaving us with nothing. This year I ordered the same excursion over 9 months in advance and made sure there was enough time for the cruise to be in and they waited until now to cancel it again ! Absolutely useless , wouldn’t recommend, book with someone that’s not going to leave you waiting and then cancel leaving you with nothing. Don’t offer something you can’t deliver.

You did not pass on the change in time the tour company sent. We were the only 3rd party participants not notified.

Another communication failure. Ship changed port dates 2 days before start of cruise.Contacted Venture Ashore right up to the Saturday afternoon before leaving on the Sunday and they could not give me an alternative date. On return I contacted them for refund. Told an email was sent with new port date and time. No such email arrived in my Gmail account. They sent a copy as proof but it Did NOT arrive. Thought is very suspicious as it was dated the Sunday morning I traveled and sent very early in the morning after they could not give me any information the night before. They made it very clear no refund . Learnt a hard lesson do your research in future before you part with your money .
