They do plant their own positive reviews. If you google the person who wrote "Saved me hours and money I used to spend with a VA" you'll find he's an employee of Vendoo! I currently have a case open with the Maryland Attorney General against these scammers and they are too cowardly to even reply, the same way they don't answer any of their complaints with the BBB or on Trustpilot. It says a lot about how trustworthy a company is and how much they care about their customers when they don't even have a defense for any of the negative things people are saying about them. Most likely because all of it is true!

The most terrible experience that I,ve had so far with a cross listing app such as this one. It casued some damage to my customer service reputation because their soo called cross listing app cannot pick on any other issues and eliminate them.. Endless amounts of item sold, yet the item not de-listed from other apps by Vendoo, even tho this is one of the purposes of using this app. Items were sold again unknown to me and I had to issue apologies to customers because I use a terrible app such as this one. Evry time I've complained to them, they come up with some ridiculously bad or very unsafe suggestions, such as; leave the computer open over the night so that the software can recognise the sales and delete the listing!? Could you imagine if I did that dumb thing and left a laptop on 24/7 and it could of over-heat, explode, cause fire, or life threatening damage?? This is how bad this app and team behind it. I am now left with very dissatisfied customers as a result of this app not de-listing my sales, as well as a big hole in my account for payments which do not justify even 10% the quality of this app can offer. I am beyond frustrated and de-satisfied, more so left in disbelieve, that in 2025 we cannot fix some bugs, and we just come up with stupid and bad excuses. Yet they're great at taking you money. So I recommend stay away from this terrible thing.

Interesting how Vendoo only has two positive five star reviews with both of them coincidentally written on the same day and by reviewers who have absolutely no other Trustpilot reviews. Seems awfully suspicious and planted to me!

Do not use this company. Nothing updates so you WILL have angry customers who will not receive an item because it already sold on another platform. You cannot make any changes to the app in your phone. Everything must be done on a desktop. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Excruciatingly difficult to use. Extremely poor customer service. An embarrassing reseller app.

a lot of interface software issues, continuously in beta stages, continuous changes and updates. their system never aligns and transfers information properly. I've had so many duplicate listings, listings not deleted properly, charges for incorrect eBay format of buy it now vs auction. horrible customer service experience.

Bait and switch company. They do not show or explain clearly the numerous limits and lack of functions until you pay and "try" to list items. Lots of errors trying to list on every platform, no phone number, no live chat or help. Looks like it just a hub to see everything you sell in one place. Their help said their bulk lister doesn't work and there are lots of issues with the software and every item has to be listed separately on each platform and NOT list on one platform and submit to the other platforms. An attorney general needs to look into this company.

Absolutely horrible business. Their refund policy is a total scam to get easy money, probably because they’re losing customers to cross listing sites with better tech. The customer service is abysmal and has no regard for nuance or grey areas. I don’t see them lasting long, use a different service.
