I consistently order from this website every time I always pay priority and my orders always been shipped same day I ordered very odd coincidence another new drop as usual it’s now been 2 days they took my $$ but won’t ship my order people who purchased at the same time as me had their order shipped same day timeframe. I Keep being lied to. My emails either go unanswered or I get a generic email stating they will send my issue over to the relevant team. I've had no help from them at all. I would like my money back for item ive not recieved.

You sent me the wrong size phone case. I sent the 16 pro back. I need a 15 pro and you didn’t sent the Yazzie thing. I have the receipt from UPS where u sent it back. Please send the 25 pro case or send my money back. Thanks. Dianne Foster

So I made the mistake of placing an order with velvet caviar and I realized within a couple of minutes that I didn't want this order and I emailed them promptly to let them know and just now on Monday morning I'm getting an email saying that the courier picked up the Package, this is completely unacceptable as I was on top of canceling the order and when I reached out to them and considering how quickly they got back to me they should have canceled my order immediately instead of processing. They had 24 hours to cancel my order and they chose not to. Instead they are telling me that I have the option to return the item when it arrives. That is completely unacceptable, the fact that they still charged me and they still processed the order even after I asked to cancel it is disgusting and I am beyond pissed. I don't wanna have to go through the process of returning an item and waiting for a refund. I will not recommend the caviar or use them ever again. I don't even like their cases quite honestly, I stopped using them and I caved in and got one of their cases last year when they sent me a birthday coupon and it's still the same bad quality, they arefull of lies when they say that the cases don't turn brown or fade. I've had multiple cases from velvet caviar and all of them have turned brown and the designs have faded or chipped off.

This company repeatedly posts the same CSR job openings for months without any meaningful updates or transparency. It gives the impression of poor hiring practices—either they have unrealistic standards, a high attrition rate, or they’re mass hiring only for people to quickly resign or be let go. It’s honestly misleading and a waste of time for job seekers who are applying in good faith. If there’s constant turnover or no real intent to fill the role long-term, that should be disclosed. It feels like the company doesn’t value applicants or their time.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought this on BOGO with another phone case. The website screwed up and sent the wrong sizes. I called them immedietly and they REFUSED to make it right or cancel. Said I could exchange later. Well this case was sold out. On the site it said I could have a full credit to buy another case but it never arrived. Reached back out and they said I will not get one as it was BOGO. BULL as this was THIER fault. BE AWARE of their messed up site!!

They have a recall on a battery pack and they will not refund. I bought a battery pack and they have a recall. They offered to replace it with a different one, but I don't feel confident that the item is safe. These are usually purchased to match your phone and they are only offering a solid black option. I have reached out several times and they have told me they will not refund. Now they are not even responding. The items are not safe and they are not taking accountability and making it right.

I ordered two phone cases for my daughter for Christmas on November 30, 2024. On December 6, 2024 I got an email that the items shipped. On January 9, 2025, I got an email asking for an address verification, which I did. I found this odd since the items supposedly already shipped. It's March and my daughter still has not received the phone cases. I've tried reaching out, I've gone to the website, I've done everything I can think to get an answer to why, after 4 months, these cases never arrived. I should have trusted my gut regarding the shady looking website and navigation of it. I'll never order anything from them again and I'd caution others to never buy from them, too.

Sold me a water bottle advertised as rose gold on black. Instead it was weird faded printed pink and the design wrap was really wrinkled and ugly all around before somehow being even worse and GREEN on the bottom. They attempted to send me a new one as a solution, then a coupon for a future purchase when I didn't want that. I was done with this company but then they told me it was against their policy to do refunds and kept refusing to fix it until I told them they unambiguous falsely advertised an item and we're holding money they didn't have the right to. I had to threaten to contact my credit card company with the evidence before VC did the right thing. Additionally, in their reappeared emails to get you to buy, they will advertise in writing "full free refunds" and then when asked about it, they will tell you they you'll still be charged $5 for the return label because "that's not what they meant". And then after REPEATED automated emails asking for reviews, they conveniently didn't post my very thorough one (complete with photos and a video) of their terrible product. Awful shocking and very dishonest company
