I always receive the cutest cases from Velvet Caviar. I have been using them for at least four years now. I always receive my order within a week of purchase. I bought my first cases about 4 years ago and I never got a any damages. I used their screen protectors and I cracked them but not my actual phone screen. I just upgraded my iPhone last month and got two more cases. I love them so much I took advantage of their bogo sale and purchased two more. They are so cute and fashionable. They definitely come as described. I even had an issue with my order which was my own fault and they quickly resolved my issue even though it was a Holiday weekend.

Really love the design and feel. For me though, it took a bit to get used to the difference in texture between the checkerboard. The case itself is super sturdy!! I've had no issues. That's also because I bought a chain to attach and it's one of the most useful things i've bought. I drop my phone a bunch when it's just in my hand, so the chain looks stylish AND saves my phone. Do recommend if you're clumsy or ditzy !

Ordered the phone kit with everything and love all of it. I ordered the pink flower case with accessories and everything works and fits perfectly for my iphone. The wristlet is fancy and adds a little glamour. The magnets for the card holder and phone stand are very secure. I will definitely reorder when I’m ready to change my phone look. Everything is well made. High quality products

I don't usually leave reviews, but the customer service and ease of service surprised me, dare I say, SHOCKED me. I reluctantly purchased a new phone because the planned obsolescence of my prior phone was becoming ever increasingly incompatible with today's technological advances. I put a lot of time and thought into replacing the phone as well as all of the protective casings that went with it and finally bit the bullet. I placed an order with Velvet Caviar and requested shipment to my apartment. Delivery day came and when I checked the tracker it showed that the USPS declared I no longer lived at my apartment (I've been here for 5 years and only recently has the USPS apparently declared me dead or something). Frustrated, I went to the post office where I was told that I changed my address. I did not change my address. The prior tenant (YEARS AGO) changed their address and I had only vowels in common with their name- government efficiency at its finest! I left the post office certain that I was going to endure a maddening customer service call where I would be transferred several times and told I couldn't forward my order or that it would take weeks for a refund. Perhaps the post-COVID pessimism of what we have become as an unhelpful society that projected that onto Velvet Caviar but BOY- WAS I WRONG! I attempted to call them at first but MY phone disconnected service. The website and my confirmation email said I could contact them by email so I reached out and explained the situation, and requested either a refund or if they could forward the package to my office to ensure delivery. Not only did they answer the same day, they forwarded the package without hassle, without additional charges, without any fuss. It took me hardly any time to right what the USPS messed up. And on top of that- my package came to my office within 2 days- maybe less than that, honestly. I was truly shocked. This has been the ABSOLUTE best customer service I have had in over 5 years. So if you are wondering if you should purchase a product from Velvet Caviar, the answer is yes. The products themselves are high quality, feel wonderful in hand, and are adorable. And the real shining star is their customer service. 10/10 will order again.

Ich habe mir hier mittlerweile schon meine zweite Hülle bestellt, dieses Mal direkt im Set mit Wallet und dem MagSafe Grip Ring, und bin absolut geflasht von der Qualität! Ja, die Sachen sind durch den Versand aus den USA insgesamt natürlich etwas teurer, aber sie sind jeden einzelnen Cent wert. Die Qualität stimmt einfach an jeder Ecke und man merkt sofort, dass das Handy darin perfekt geschützt ist. Man muss bloß dazu sagen, dass helle Hüllen mit der Zeit etwas verfärben können – aber das ist ein generelles Problem bei fast allen Marken, wenn man sie oft in der Hosentasche hat (z. B. durch Jeans-Abrieb). Alles fühlt sich extrem hochwertig an. Bei den Hüllen, die nicht durchsichtig sind, ist mir besonders positiv aufgefallen, dass sie von innen komplett mit weichem Stoff bezogen sind – so wird die Rückseite des Handys perfekt geschont. Auch der Grip Ring ist genial durchdacht: Er hat auf der Rückseite extra eine Gummierung, damit die schöne Hülle beim Dranmachen und Benutzen überhaupt nicht beschädigt oder zerkratzt wird. Das habe ich so noch nirgends gesehen – einfach mega! Ein riesiges Lob geht auch an den Kundenservice: Beim Versand nach Deutschland gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Zoll, sodass ich an der Haustür doppelt zahlen musste. Ich habe dem Support kurz geschrieben und die Belege geschickt. Innerhalb von nicht mal zwei Stunden hatte ich eine super liebe Antwort und die vollen Kosten wurden mir anstandslos erstattet! Hier wird Kundenservice noch großgeschrieben. Qualität, Schutz und Support sind einfach weltklasse. Definitiv nicht meine letzte Bestellung!

The latest phone case that I ordered from Velvet Caviar was probably my 4th or 5th one from this company! Velvet Caviar is top tier when it comes to customer service and quality products! I'll definitely be ordering more phone cases and phone rings for my family and me!

I love that all the accessories match my phone case, I ordered the battery & MagSafe grip. About 6 months later the grip came apart, I took a picture emailed it to the company & they replaced it right away! And the replacement is a superior upgrade in design so it will never come apart again and is easier to use as well Bravo! I also dropped my phone a few times with this case and it was really protected. I’m tempted to order another set just for fashion LOL!
