I purchased a MagSafe battery pack from Velvet Caviar that exploded while I was nursing my infant. The fire burned through our only bed, caused physical injuries to me and my partner, singed our dog, and exposed our five children to toxic fumes. Personal injuries, destroyed property, and emotional trauma for our entire family. Despite providing photo evidence, medical documentation, and a detailed breakdown of losses, the company offered only a refund and a $100 store credit. Their response ignored the gravity of what happened and the fact that this could have easily resulted in fatalities. Velvet Caviar’s failure to take responsibility or act urgently is deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. Your family’s safety is worth more than trendy accessories.

I've purchased a set of Snoopy case, ring, holder and charm. The whole experience was disappointing. The products are very poor quality Customer service lie to their customers. And they disabled specifically for customers with a bad experience the option to leve a review on "shop" app. By adjusting when customers can review when they have a bad experience. I wanted to order over 100 cases to colugues and friends to an upcoming event. But won't be doing that. People I've spoke with in the company: Sarah Jessa And a representative that did not identify. Name of product: Snoopy be mine It costed over 140 USD But worth maybe 20$ On Reddit, YouTube and other platforms you can find similar reviews. My order number ends in 361.

I ordered a phone case on May 12 and initially split the payment through Affirm. After several days of nothing, I checked, and it was still "in processing." Figuring the Affirm payment was the issue that might be slowing it down, I paid it in full. Still nothing. Reached out to the company on May 21, and got a non-answer email to "rest assured, we are working diligently to fill the order quickly." Checked this morning - still in processing. Responded to email wanting to know why it still hadn't been processed.Apparently now it's out of stock. I received an immediate refund, which is fine, but why did it take 15 days for me to find out the thing is out of stock? There's no backorder? Whatever. I'm glad I at least got the refund, but the whole experience was suspicious. That's the last time I will order anything from an Instagram ad.

Customer service sucks!!! They never correct issues and if on a rare occasion they do it’s made to be your error and not in a timely manner.

Terrible costumer service and exchange policy. The phone rings are extremely poor quality I’ve had mine for a week and a half and it’s complete scratched and the design is already coming off, i will never deal with this company again. Horrible

Horrible customer service. Bought something by accident and changed my mind 2 minutes later. They refused to cancel my order and instead shipped my item right away and said I can always return it…. Except they don’t accept returns from Canada…. So what do I do now? Stuck with an overpriced piece of garbage!
