Ive ordered from VC multiple times and shipping is super fast. Usually receive in about a week. Cases are cute and durable and there are always lots to choose from. Ive never contacted customer service before so I cant speak to that aspect but for the 4+ orders ive placed, everything was great and I will be ordering again.

I love buying my phone cases and accessories from velvet caviar! This is my third case and they’ve always protected my phone after a drop, and the accessories are both useful and cute!

I really love my new phone case, the hydrangeas are beautiful! I've bought from other sellers before but I wont be going back to those. Velvet Caviar's phone cases are incredibly durable. After wear and tear of a few months, my case still looks brand new.

We couldn't ask for a better compliment. 🥰 So glad the Hydrangeas case has won you over. ✨

Velvet Caviar really blew my mind away not only because they have sturdy and beautiful cases but, because their customer service is the best. They reply fast and answer whatever question you may have. I ordered two cases and a magnetic ring and i am currently looking at getting two more cases. Thats just how good their quality is. I couldn't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed. Oh yeah it's also woman owned! How great is that?

Velvet Caviar is wonderful! Anytime I’ve had an issue (which has only been a few times out of the 20+ orders I’ve placed), their customer service has been amazing. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make things right. I’m so thankful I found this company and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Incredible Impressed I ordered two phone cases, and I couldn’t believe how swiftly they arrived — all the way from America! I'm in the UK. The quality is outstanding: they feel so well made, offer great protection, and I absolutely love the designs. If I had to find one tiny downside, is I can already tell this is going to turn into an addiction, because I definitely see myself buying more cases from them! 😂 Thank you so much for such brilliant customer service and a brilliant product. You’ve got a customer for life! Best regards, Sarah
