It may take a while to receive your case BUT the quality of these cases is extremely amazing. I love that their prints are glossed and not ones that peel off. Yes, with time clear cases do get yellow but show me one that won't due to the radioactivity of these phones. I love the various designs and attention to detail. The cases are also very durable and do protect your phone from just about anything. Unlike other cases, if you drop this one the case doesn't look so beat up and scratched since the material is outstanding. Again, waiting on these very popular cases is very worth it and you will definitely see why once you receive the case.

I have purchased Velvet Caviar cases over the years "very protective cases", and today is the first time I had to deal with customer service. They fixed my issue, within 24 hours. They are sending me a new case, at no charge. That was a great, easy experience. I do wish they would make their magsafe rings stronger, they don't last very long but just great customer service.

I love their products andI found out the other day they have amazing customer service. My magnet grip had something come loose and you could make the middle part swing back and forth. I needed to send them a video of the issue, obviously, as there are less than truthful people out there. After seeing the video they immediately sent a new one and I got it today! I emailed them on the 6th, the 6th being 3 days ago! I don't think ever been helped this fast by a company.

I came for the case colors and designs, but I reordered because the product is great. It’s very convenient to use the mag safe case and battery pack. You can choose when to attach the battery, rather than lugging around a heavy battery case. The customer service is quick and spot on. Just made my 3rd order.

Ich habe bereits 2 Hüllen in Leopart Schwarz und Chrome bestellt. Super Qualität, die Verarbeitung ist sauber und besonders gefällt mir, dass die Hülle 3mm über dem Display ragt sodass es auch sehr gut geschützt ist. Mein Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus flog einige male auf den Plattenboden in der Küche und Badezimmer. Mein Handy hat keinen einzigen Schaden davon getragen. Man muss nicht extra sein Handy mit der VelvetCaviar Hülle auf den Boden schmeissen um zu sehen, ob es noch ganz ist. Kann mir schon vorstellen, dass das Handy einen Schaden davon tragen kann wenn man es mit sehr viel Kraft auf den Boden schmeisst. Wer das macht, ist einfach blöd und selber schuld. Auch die Lieferung in die Schweiz ging sehr schnell und ohne Probleme. Ich kann VelvetCaviar allen weiterempfehlen.
