Velvet CaviarReviews of velvetcaviar.com

I have really enjoyed all the products I have bought from Velvet Caviar. Multiple iPhone cases, phone charms, chargers, mag safe wallet, ear bud case, iPad case. They have all the sizes for the latest tech and cute designs.

I have used many phone rings on my previous phones. This matched my phone case perfectly & has great sticking power. I didn't have to wait 24hrs like with some rings. The ring itself is rounded which makes it comfortable to use.

Beautiful case and mag ring. Checkered design is both classic and trendy. Very sturdy and ring holder feels safe. Quick turnaround. I did not experience the problems others here have expressed, so I guess I was fortunate.

Web site is easy to use and the cell phone cases are very fashionable. I highly recommend Velvet Caviar.

Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased a case that I absolutely LOVE, along with a portable charger. Unfortunately, the charger was defective and wouldn’t hold a charge. I left a review, assuming that would be the end of it, but to my surprise, I received an email from their team asking if they could help. After explaining the issue, they immediately took action to resolve my concern. They sent me a replacement charger, which I haven’t received yet since I’m out of town, but I was incredibly impressed by their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

this is my fourth time buying from them and i just recently ordered airpods case from them. the phone case is what sticks to people. they are always asking where i get my cases from. the phone grip is always great when im at work or on the go watching my phone or if im typing and need a great grip.

Got an S25 as a gift and got myself the leopard tort phone case and magsafe phone grip to match. Overall, the experience of an AI agent being used to help with my first order edit went surprisingly well and an actual service provider got to me about my order with hours of the same day but rather quick. Because of this, I was able to get my phone case and grip in without any more issues. The product themselves are great, the phone case is thick and sturdy--there is added height to the lip of the screen and the camera lenses; the phone grip is also very convenient for both easy change and more usage out of it (tilting it upwards, the usual sideways, but now I can have it hang of hooks in case I want a better view for watching while I'm doing my make-up, etc.). The ring of the magsafe grip is stiff but that's a good thing in order to keep the phone in any position you can have it in at any time. Genuinely happy my second order came through--both because of costumer service and the products of Velvet Caviar.

Excellent case! So beautiful & protective at the same time! Absolutely love it & highly recommend!
