Worst shipping service ! Dont expect to get anything from velvet caviar in a timely manner. Customer service in unhelpful also

The phone cases, ring attachments and batteries are good, but the phone charms, non-chain straps, and camera lens protectors are terrible quality. More upsettingly, they censor the reviews on their site to only include 5 star reviews, so there's no way to authentically judge which products are good and which aren't worth the bloated price. They're a site with so much quality fluctuation that the reviews are important. I will never be buying from them again so long as they continue censoring honest and fair reviews.

I've seen both good reviews and bad reviews (more bad than good) but I really wanted to give this company a shot. The cases have cute designs but that's about it. The plastic is stiff, it is very hard to get the case on and even harder to take off. The MagSafe part of my case is already falling apart and I've only had the case for two weeks and I've been at home. With the plastic being hard, the part by the charging port/speakers (iPhone) is pokey and it hurts to hold my phone like I normally do since it stabs into me. I tend to hold ny phone with my pinky resting on the bottom, if that makes sense. Lol. I also purchased one of the phone charms and one of the charms broke off already. Again, I've been at home and I haven't dropped my phone or been rough at all. I had picked my phone up and heard something hit the ground... the charm broke in two and you can tell it is cheap, I'd attach a photo if I could. I will say though... they DID ship fast. I ordered right before Christmas and didn't expect to get it for awhile but I got it the day before Christmas, surprisingly. Not sure if I got lucky there or what. So, 2 stars for shipping and cute designs but this company is not really worth it. If you can get it dirt cheap like I did and don't mind the issues above, then go for it but these cases are not worth the $40~ tag.

I have bought cases from this company a few times. I will say the cases are cute. I do like them. However... the issues with customer service are NOT WORTH IT. I have had 2 separate occasions where i was sent the wrong or faulty items and let me tell you... they will do ANYTHING not to give you a refund or authorize an exchange. You have to contact them by email and they will go back and forth with you blaming you arguing doing anything except help you, or take responsibility. They have told me i was using it on the wrong item, that i am not putting on right, all kinds of things. They will however, tell you that you can pay for shipping yourself to send it back... even when its no fault of your own. So i gave 2 stars, because i love how cute the cases are. But god forbid you get the wrong or a defective item... you are screwed. Also, they DELETED (or did not post) my negative review on one of their items that did not fit right. Which makes me wonder how many negative reviews they delete off their website. Guess they keep the good ones so everyone thinks only good things and dont know about the bad.
