I ordered two phone cases and a portable charger on Sept 21. The tracking has not changed for 2 weeks and we have had no response from customer service after multiple enquiries. They quoted 7-10 days for delivery at the time of order. It's been nearly 4 weeks and still nothing. Will never order from here again.

Ignoring my email completely. I sent a complaint as the case i received had marks after 1 day after no heavy use at all. I’ve sent multiple emails however I’m being totally ignored. Awful customer service and absolutely disgusting how as a customer I’m now dealing with a faulty product. Will have to contact my bank at this point.

The company shipped my order to the street. I live on with no house number so it was delivered to one of approximately 60 houses. When I contacted the company to request some assistance, they suggested that I knock on doors or check mailboxes of my Neighbors to find my package. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered two cases and then a couple of days later ordered two more. The first two arrived on time but I had to reach out to check on the second pair. My bank showed that VC had processed my credit card the day after I ordered, but still no cases. A couple of weeks later I received an email saying that my cases had been delivered. I happened to be home when the email came in and went to check, but there were no packages at my door, at the neighboring houses, or anywhere around my house. I reached out to VC and was essentially told that the tracking said it had been delivered with a link to the tracking service. I still don’t have the cases, but they have my money and refuse to respond to any communication. I would be very careful with this company as their customer service has no integrity. At all. If you think they are cute cases, buy on Amazon since they will at least respect you as a customer if anything goes wrong. Was my package delivered? Probably somewhere, but not to my address. At this point I am not even sure about that since they have completely avoided my requests for help. There was no picture provided of the package at my door. I guess VC can be proud of themselves for keeping the money for my cases and not delivering the product. Just beware. This company does not respond to legitimate customer complaints and avoids accountability.

I literally ordered for the first time and my order didn’t arrived it got stuck or something and then I kept contacting them and they placed another order for me which was nice but the second order also didn’t arrive and it says it’s been in transit for 30 days and I contacted them and they didn’t respond so I literally wasted 90$ on nothing and they didn’t refund or help me and still haven’t received my order :( so disappointed cause I was so excited for it

No customer service. No updates. I've placed an order on Sep. 18th, 2026 and I still have no update on when my package will be shipped. I've contacted customer support via email 3 times and no one ever answers.

Terrible customer service. I was told my order was delivered but I never received it. They said they would look into it. I wrote back to follow up. No response.

I ordered a phone case and some accessories on 9/16. Items have not shipped and no one in customer service will respond to me with any meaningful update.
