Don’t bother ordering from here especially for international shipping. They will charge you $40 for 2-5 days shipping but it will take the same amount of time as the normal shipping which is more than 2 weeks.I tried to contact the company couple of times but nobody bothers replying to it. It was supposed to be a gift for someone and I thought it would come within a week but no weeks later no reply. No care for customer service. And I have ordered from many other countries as well but they have been able to deliver with the given time range and the customer service is very good as well. But no this company very bad compared to all the others i have tried. I would like my refund that I paid $40 for. What a waste 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

First off, shipping time and communication regarding it, were horrible. I had to contact them. Then they sent me a coupon for a "free" item......free only if I purchased something else from them. I've had the white crocodile embossed case for only 3 weeks and it's already yellowing and browning. Ironically, their warranty says it doesn't cover that specifically, when they specifically say their cases are made from non-yellowing material. Talk about fraud and false advertising/representation!

They are not honest, they will rip you off. I bought a $60 portfolio for my Daughter's IPad. Never received it and they refused to reimburse or replace. When I asked my bank to do a chargeback they finally accepted to reimburse if I cancelled the chargeback. I did cancel it and now they are saying I have to wait until January 24 and they lied about what my bank did. I have a letter from the bank so now now fraud investigation this time filed with the bank. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The refund process was so frustrating! I legit had to email back and forth for ten emails and still haven’t seen my refund. I sent it back they got it and I keep having to follow up. Won’t be ordering from them!

Very cute and unique case but that’s about where it ends. I’ve dropped my iPhone 12 a few times in other protective cases and never had even a scratch. Dropped once in the velvet caviar case and the entire back of the phone and part of the camera lens shattered like I didn’t even have a case on it. I had to buy a wrap for the phone to keep the glass from falling off the phone and getting glass splinters in my fingers. I also bought the matching AirPods case and the round magnet with the kickstand ring in the back. The AirPod case had a little ring on the side which broke off after a few weeks. The kickstand on the back of the magnet ring no longer holds its position just flops around. Will never buy again which is a shame because the case designs are unique, but the materials are very poorly and cheaply made. There goes the trade in value on my phone 😡 back to the plain old inexpensive Incipio cases that protect like iron. VERY expensive lesson learned.

I wish I could give zero stars. I think this company may possibly be a scam and has taken my money and not sent items. I am in Australia and paid a lot of money and I just keep getting emails stating that a reshipment has been completed. NO THANK YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! I have asked for a refund but this company will not give one. This is a complete joke! Thanks for nothing Velvet Caviar, I will be taking this further with my bank to try and recoup monies.

I have ordered from Velvet Caviar previously and had no issues and enjoyed the products. However, I recently ordered again on June 25th and have had nothing but problems. The tracking says a label was created but USPS is still waiting on it. After trying to be patient, I emailed and asked for an update of some kind of a refund. They offered to reship my items due to “carrier’s oversight in scanning” the package. If it was a carrier problem it would have arrived by now. Anyway, they said they would send me a new tracking number soon. I heard nothing for a few days so I emailed and asked for the new tracking number. The email I got back that time was someone telling me my order already shipped and someone would send me a tracking number. I waited even longer and emailed back asking for the new order number or a refund if they would not give me the tracking number. They then emailed back and said they could refund my order but not the shipping fees. That was the last straw for me since they have not shipped me anything and I have all the proof in the world of that. I will never order from them again and am sure at this point I will not get a refund or my items.

Customer service is a joke. Accidently ordered the wrong case. Realized it right after so I emailed asap in hopes they could switch it. They emailed me 2 days later and said that my order already shipped. Decided I didn't like it and already ordered a different one so I just decided to return it when it came in. (well before the deadline) It's been over a month and no refund. Usps tracking is no help because it shows that it was out for delivery but that the delivery was never scanned?! Not sure if it's on usps or velvet caviar but it looks super shady. And the other bad reviews leads me to believe it's the company. I don't foresee a refund but it's only a $23 lesson learned. Just want to warn others not to trust this company. It's garbage
