DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They didn't notice that my order didn't ship and finally when I followed up they shipped it 17 days after I ordered it. I received the package 25 days later. I ended up having to buy something else for the wedding I was attending. It ended up the dresses didn't fit, yet, I didn't qualify for the 30 day return because they were on sale. Nowhere during checkout did it say it didn't qualify. It's buried in their website, but nowhere does it indicate it during checkout. Everywhere on their checkout it states clearly that a 30-day return is available. If it didn't qualify because it was on sale, then it should be labeled as such. I have seen this on other retailers sites and when checking out in brick and mortar shops by the clerk. I would have made the decision to not buy it. Now I'm stuck with dresses that I will never wear.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When looking at return policy I noted that returns were allowed within 30 days of receiving items so I felt comfortable with buying multiple sizes and colors of a dress to try on for family photos. Upon receiving items, the sizing and quality were completely different from the photos online. I couldn’t wear any of the dresses. I emailed to start the return process. They responded with a screenshot of their “return exceptions” policy where it states sale items cannot be returned. I did not even realize, I had bought things on sale. The dresses were $10 off. (Much like majority of the items on the site ranging from $5-10 off, I didn’t think that was much of a sale). Nowhere on the dress or my order page did it state these items were final sale. If I had known these were final sale I would have never purchased so multiples let alone from a random boutique. They only offered me 15% return or to pick something else out and pay for shipping without sending items back. I am out so much money for dresses in multiple sizes/colors with poor quality and fit. I’m very upset to say the least.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The dress I received was extremely poor quality and significantly oversized. I am not an extremely skinny or very small person, but the dress was so oversized that it was completely unwearable. The material, construction, fit, and overall appearance were also very disappointing and did not match what I expected from the website. I contacted customer service because of these quality issues and requested a full refund. Instead of allowing me to return the dress for a full refund, they repeatedly offered only a partial refund, eventually offering 40%, while refusing to accept the return. This was not simply a case of me changing my mind or not liking the dress. The actual quality and fit were the problem. I also did not appreciate how my concerns were handled by customer service. Very disappointed with both the product and the return policy. I would not purchase from this company again.
