THE ABSOLUTE WORST FRANCHISE EVER
THE ABSOLUTE WORST FRANCHISE EVER! They only communicate through EMAIL OR MAIL, assumed I had an extra driver in my household instead of asking and CANCELLED my policy without notice. They blamed it on the underwriting dept but still took the money! The corporate office in Marietta, Roberto, DeAgo, Nancy failed to communicate and get the policy reinstated!! I went BACK TO PROGRESSIVE and do not recommend this company to a zoo!! Negative -5

Affordable
Velox Insurance found affordable insurance for me just in time for my trip. Luis is amazing. He is very patient and explained my policy very clearly. Great customer service!!!

This people never answer the phone
This people never answer the phone. And when they do they don’t know what there talking about. Don’t give them your card number because they’ll keep charging it.

My agent was very helpful.
My agent Pablo was very helpful in explaining the different policies and that helped me to decide what was right for me. I was going to bundle my homeowners with my auto insurance but because of rising insurance prices I didn’t include my home owners. I saved so much money switching company’s for my auto insurance. Pablo made the experience of switching quick and painless!
