Called about a quote that had received on Saturday wanted to know how long a quote last and was told they don’t last so I was asking the person was being really rude to me for inquiring wow then she hung up on me no patience with customers that’s not very nice cause you never know what a person is going thru this person had no type of kindness in her heart especially when your selling something

THE ABSOLUTE WORST FRANCHISE EVER! They only communicate through EMAIL OR MAIL, assumed I had an extra driver in my household instead of asking and CANCELLED my policy without notice. They blamed it on the underwriting dept but still took the money! The corporate office in Marietta, Roberto, DeAgo, Nancy failed to communicate and get the policy reinstated!! I went BACK TO PROGRESSIVE and do not recommend this company to a zoo!! Negative -5

This people never answer the phone. And when they do they don’t know what there talking about. Don’t give them your card number because they’ll keep charging it.

My insurance has yet to be submitted into the Georgia database. Didn’t know it took 2-3 days to complete this process very slow and not efficient.

Having to pay twice in once month is wildddddd! And being told after you purchase feels like a scam really. On top of already trying to give a second chance after my previous policy was just cancelled for no reason while I was riding around for two days uninsured could’ve gone to jail!!!!! Not cool at all.
